Intellcare is a cloud-ready application. We have deployed our cloud-based health services on public network for easy access, sharing of resources, isolated dataset, and reducing the upfront cost to launch a setup. For clients that want a quick solution (for telemedicine vans etc.), we have deployed cloud-based health services on their private cloud. If you have any such requirements, Intellcare cloud hosting is the solution for you.
Intellcare is built on easy deployment architecture to serve organizational service needs that may change with time. Its onsite deployment is suitable for a dynamic and growing setup with central deployment and distributed/centralized service needs. We have set up multiple onsite deployments for various clients successfully, who required the system to operate in accordance to their organizational security standards.
If you have any such requirements, you can consider our onsite hosting solution.
Intellcare is developed in consideration of the domain standards and conventions to fulfill system requirements, and to best suit the automation of services. In case there is already a running setup with manual or automated solutions, we provide the following services for a smooth migration:
Training involves learning and development of skills for application users. Our training sessions are meant to improve the performance of individual roles and tasks. We offer training options like onsite, remote sessions, group trainings and video tutorials etc. to suit the organization’s needs. Domain experts conduct our sessions through a structured program. Training plans are published beforehand. Post-training evaluation and user feedback are obtained to assess the level of satisfaction. Implementation is the most critical stage, especially in the healthcare domain. To tackle this challenge, we devise a detailed strategy with a concrete implementation plan for each application’s launch. We prefer a phase-wise launch of each application with the parallel-run and go-live stages. Each user group is different in their training and implementation needs, so our skilled project managers plan this activity in consultation with the organization.
Executive buy-in, resource needs, proper planning and execution for smooth process and quick results are the key to implementation planning. We execute and control these major stages but help make the transition in implementation easier and smoother that leads towards success.
The company includes a specialized department that manages application services during the support and maintenance period of the project. It consists of resources with specialization in relevant fields, and is capable of providing on-site, online or back-office support (as desired by the client). A full-time helpdesk is maintained in the back-office to attend to the client or user complaints. Custom-built software components are also maintained, and a software development team is available to provide maintenance and customization to the application accordingly. Our managed services are ISMS 27001 and QMS 9001 certified. Quality of Service measures are defined for each project/client, and routine reporting is ensured for delivery of service according to the defined metrics for successful running projects under the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
